About The Position

St. Mary German Village is seeking a passionate and dedicated 4th Grade Teacher to join our school community. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to Catholic education, possess excellent classroom management skills, and be enthusiastic about nurturing the academic and spiritual growth of students in a faith-based environment. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education or related field.
Valid Ohio teaching license or eligibility for licensure.
Strong understanding of and commitment to Catholic teachings and values.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners.
Completion of the Virtus Protecting God's Children training
Appropriate state certification/license: as required by the grade levels and subjects taught
Religious Education certification as required by the diocese

Responsibilities

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with diocesan curriculum standards.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and faith-centered classroom environment.
Integrate Catholic values and teachings into daily instruction and classroom activities.
Assess student progress and provide feedback to students and parents regularly.
Collaborate with colleagues, administration, and parents to support student success.
Participate in school and parish activities as appropriate.
