About The Position

Come help build the future, where our work makes the world work! Reporting to the Shop Supervisor, the role involves maintaining and repairing equipment in the company’s maintenance and repair shop. The role makes field service calls to repair, works on call rotation shifts for winter operations support, and troubleshoots, adjusts, overhauls and maintains construction, aggregate and asphalt equipment on site and within the shop.

Requirements

  • Experience in construction, paving & aggregates equipment is needed.
  • 421A Certification.
  • Must have own tools.
  • Willing to work on equipment, trucks and small engines as required.
  • A valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract.
  • Understanding of electrical, electronic, hydraulic, mechanical, pneumatic systems and components.
  • Comfortable using a computer, the internet, and other electronic resources.
  • Superb communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Strong ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple competing priorities.
  • Demonstrate versatility and resourcefulness in overcoming business challenges.

Nice To Haves

  • Mobile field service experience is an asset.
