We have a job opening and exciting opportunity for a full-time 3PL Coordinator in any of our Concordance locations. The primary role of an 3PL Coordinator will serve as the main point of contact for the customer base regarding detailed questions about reporting, providing additional information, handling ad hoc requests, and managing any enhanced reporting needs. It involves coordinating between 3PL customers and the internal IT team to address inquiries, ensure reporting accuracy, and implement any changes to existing processes related to business reports. The position follows a hybrid work model.
