Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a pressroom or similar manufacturing environment
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and work both independently and as part of a team
Physical ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs., including bending, stacking, and operating a pallet jack
High school diploma or equivalent
A strong focus on quality, safety, and efficiency in a production setting

Responsibilities

Perform makeready and feed sheets for a multi-color, high-speed Komori printing press
Run multiple material types including paper, board, foil, and plastic to produce high-quality output
Troubleshoot feeding issues
Assist with periodic and preventative maintenance
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
Support the press operator to ensure jobs meet quality and productivity standards
