About The Position

This is an entrepreneurial role focused on building the US outbound engine for Flinn. The goal is to ensure every person in the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) across the US knows Flinn within 6 months. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to transition into running their own accounts as an Account Executive (AE) within 12 months. The role is supported by the US expansion lead and offers a clear path for growth within a rapidly expanding company that has secured $20M in Series A funding. Flinn boasts a strong customer base, including Philips and Smith + Nephew, and plans to triple the US sales team in the next year. The company emphasizes a strong, unique culture and offers a role where contributions directly impact improving people's health and lives by making high-quality health products accessible.

Requirements

  • Build and execute outbound sequences incl. cold calls, targeting identified hard-to-reach decision-makers in a pre-researched, enriched list for enterprise medical device companies across the US.
  • Become a top-1% AI-native seller. Full outbound stack and a personal Claude Max subscription.
  • Maintain clean pipeline data in HubSpot to support hypothesis-driven decisions.
  • Work closely with our Founding member to help establish Flinn as the market leader in the US and share your insights with the European sales team.
  • Willingness to travel approximately twice per month for customer meetings, quarterly for company offsites, and occasionally for company events.
  • Be NYC-based.

Nice To Haves

  • 1–3 years of outbound sales experience - you've made cold calls, sent cold emails, and hit (or exceeded) targets.
  • Experience in MedTech, healthtech, regulatory affairs, or compliance-adjacent industries.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute outbound sequences targeting enterprise medical device and healthtech companies across the US.
  • Find creative angles into hard-to-reach decision-makers requiring research, insight, creativity, and nerve, not templates.
  • Improve and expand the AI tool stack (Clay, Apollo, Claude, Twain, LGM) for hyper-personalized outreach at scale.
  • Maintain clean pipeline data in HubSpot to support hypothesis-driven decisions.
  • Iterate constantly by testing new messages, channels, and approaches, and sharing findings with the team.
  • Work closely with the Founding member to establish Flinn as a US market leader and share insights with the European sales team.
