About The Position

The Hubbell Internship Program is a 10 to 12-week program providing students the opportunity to gain corporate experience, learn about all aspects of our business, and prepare students with the kind of experience needed to have a rewarding career at Hubbell. This intern will focus on improving customer repair support and service operations by developing standardized processes, documentation, and training resources for Authorized Repair Centers (ARCs) and customers. The role will involve maintaining and organizing repair center and customer training records, supporting the development of customer and ARC training programs, and creating tools to improve the repair experience. The intern will also develop recommended spare parts lists by product family, prepare technical drawing packages for authorized repair partners, and assist in establishing standardized tooling and equipment requirements for repair centers. Through these projects, the intern will help strengthen service network capabilities, improve repair consistency, and enhance customer support resources.

Requirements

  • Full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university throughout the internship program period (May-August 2027), pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree related to the internship (required)
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA (required)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Microsoft Office products preferred
  • Familiarity with relevant software and systems

Benefits

  • Intern compensation is determined based on academic standing and expected graduation date. Hourly rates for this position range from $22.50 to $29.00 per hour.
