The program is designed to develop high caliber individuals into future leaders in Engineering. The program gives participants the opportunity to gain high-level visibility to leadership and create significant impact within a global manufacturing organization. The Engineering Leadership Development Program is a three-year program consisting of three, 12-month rotations within two or more locations. The program will begin in June 2027 and give participants exposure to different facets of engineering through assigned rotations based on business needs and individual career aspirations. Rotation areas may include Research & Development / Innovation, New Product Development or Value/Sustaining Engineering. We look forward to seeing your application come through! Requirements

  • Be pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science from an accredited university (preferred graduation date: Spring 2027).
  • Have a strong interest in pursuing the Engineering Leadership Development Program which requires annual relocation/working in locations throughout the United States upon graduation.
  • Have previous engineering internship or co-op experience; experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Provide three year-long rotational assignments designed to build broad engineering, technical, and business experience
  • Offer exposure to areas such as product development, embedded systems, software, controls, automation, connected products, and sustaining engineering based on business needs
