Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or STEM-related disciplines.
  • Required graduation date of December 2026 or May/June 2027.
  • Eligible to work in the U.S. without Roche visa sponsorship.
  • Fully geographically mobile (willing to travel and relocate nationwide upon program completion).
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical capabilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and demonstrate strong leadership potential.
  • Compliment and enhance our culture, embodying Integrity, Courage, and Passion.
  • Strong interest in direct customer-facing roles like Sales and Marketing, or commercial-adjacent support functions such as Pricing, Contracts, and Commercial Operations.

Nice To Haves

  • Desired 3.0 GPA or higher.
  • Relevant work experience (such as internships, co-ops, or part-time employment).
  • Leadership roles within student organizations or athletic teams are a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in three defined, eight-month rotations within the commercial division.
  • Tackle real-world challenges and core business projects under the supervision of department experts.
  • Gain organizational exposure and a comprehensive understanding of commercial operations.
  • Engage in a shared business and personal development curriculum.
  • Participate in 1:1 mentorship and executive sponsorship.
  • Interact with senior leaders and real-life business scenarios.
  • Apply for open positions at Roche during the final rotation for potential full-time employment.
