About The Position

Ice Miller is seeking summer associates to join our New York office in the private equity, M&A and leveraged finance practices. The summer associate program includes opportunities to develop direct working relationships with our attorneys to enhance research, writing, and presentation skills, staffing on active transactions, guidance, mentoring, and regular feedback, in-depth training focused on professional and substantive legal skills, opportunities for client contact, social events and team building activities, and competitive compensation.

Requirements

Permanent authorization to work in the United States.
Obtained an undergraduate degree.
Enrolled in the JD class of 2028 at an accredited law school.
Undergraduate degree in business, finance, accounting, entrepreneurship, or economics (for New York office).
Resume, including related business undergraduate major.
Cover letter outlining desire to join transactional practice.
