About The Position

Requirements

• Must be actively enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited university, working toward a bachelor’s degree.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Must have good hearing and sight.
• Ability to walk the shop floor.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Engage in hands-on work in a targeted business area.

• Be assigned a Capstone Project to be presented to executive leadership at the conclusion of the program.
• Create solutions that display their perspective and acquired knowledge for the Capstone Project.
