About The Position

The Supply Chain Intern will support key supply chain and operations activities, gaining hands-on experience in a regulated medical device environment. This role provides exposure to demand planning, procurement, inventory management, supplier performance, and cross-functional collaboration with Quality, Refurbishment, and other cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Analytics or any other relevant field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas; Power BI a plus)
• Ability to analyze data and present clear insights
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Ability to use hands and arms in handling, installing, positioning, and moving materials, and manipulating objects and materials.
• Ability to talk and hear
• Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and crouch for extended periods of time
• The ability to lift, move, and handle products and packages weighing up to 25 pounds on a regular basis and approximately 50 pounds on an occasional basis.
• Frequently performing desk-based computer tasks, including frequent typing

Responsibilities

• Assist with data analysis related to inventory levels, demand forecasts, and supply planning
• Support purchasing activities, including purchase order tracking and supplier communication
• Help maintain and analyze inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and material availability
• Participate in supplier performance tracking, including on time delivery and quality metrics
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to cost, service, and lead time reduction
• Assist with documentation and data preparation to support Quality requirements
• Collaborate with cross functional teams including Manufacturing, Quality, and Finance
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for supply chain leadership
• Perform other supply chain and operations tasks as assigned
