About The Position

The 1st Shift Setup Operator works onsite in Jonesboro, Arkansas, operating a variety of similar machines and adapting to changing priorities, including changes in machines, teams, products, or production volume. The role requires meeting and running established standards and performing other duties as assigned. The position reports to the Shift Leader and follows 10-hour shifts Monday through Thursday, with overtime as needed to meet customer demand.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, and 1–3 months of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination.
• Ability to read and comprehend safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to present information to individuals, groups, or clients through reports or correspondence.
• Work authorization permitting employment with ABB in the United States.
