About The Position

In this position, you’ll have the opportunity to load, run, and unload the machinery that removes material from doors that have been pressed and filled.

Requirements

Ability to load, run, and unload machinery.
Ability to feed doors into machines.
Ability to clean doors of debris.
Proficiency in using utility knives and changing bits.
Ability to perform quality checks.
Knowledge of making LP’s and moving material in E21.
Ability to close out work orders.
Ability to perform machine set-up.
Ability to place scrap slugs on skids.
Product knowledge.
Trained to drive forklift.
Ability to unwrap and prep doors before cutout.
Ability to package doors to stretch wrapper.

Responsibilities

Load, run, and unload machinery that removes material from doors that have been pressed and filled.
Set door from stack to roller table while feeding door into machine.
Clean door of debris and place on skids.
Acknowledge safety when using utility knives, changing bits, etc.
Perform quality checks.
Know how to make LP’s and move material in E21.
Close out each work order when completed.
Perform machine set-up.
Put scrap slugs on skid.
Utilize product knowledge.
Trained to drive forklift.
Unwrap and prep doors before cutout.
Package doors to stretch wrapper.
Perform other duties as assigned.
