About The Position

In this position, you’ll have the opportunity to ensure that customers will receive quality doors with on time delivery. Your role will involve stacking doors onto pallets using proper technique, preparing doors for stretch wrapping and ensuring they are properly wrapped and tagged for shipment. You will also repair doors using sanders, bondo, epoxy and epoxy gun, clamps, routers, scrapers, scrawls, hammers, knives and other engineer approved methods. Additionally, you will refill and organize the repair/packout area, record scrap, and dispose of aerosol cans using the document process. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• High School Graduate/HSE or equivalent manufacturing experience
• Ability to be certified in all LOTO procedures for respective area
• Ability to be certified in all jobs of respective area
• Manage ambiguity while working through stressful situations
• Positive attitude and a willingness to work with others
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to run respective inventory system (Great Plains, E21, MES etc.).
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to complete daily Pre-Use Inspection Sheets.

Responsibilities
