About The Position
Svetness Corp seeking a compassionate and experienced Senior / Chair Yoga Instructor to lead safe, engaging, and accessible classes for senior citizens.
Requirements
- Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) required
- Yoga Certification preferred
- Chair Yoga and Senior Fitness experience preferred
- At least 1 year of experience as a personal trainer or fitness instructor
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient, reliable, and encouraging personality
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with senior citizens or individuals with limited mobility
- CPR/AED certification
Responsibilities
- Lead chair yoga classes tailored for seniors and beginners
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment for all participants
- Modify exercises and poses to accommodate different mobility levels
- Promote flexibility, balance, and overall well-being
- Arrive prepared with structured and effective class plans
