About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or receptionist role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with virtual communication tools (e.g. Zoom, Skype)
• Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of emergency training or healthcare industry is a plus

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and emails from clients in a timely and professional manner
• Provide information about our services and assist with registration and course enrollment
• Schedule and confirm appointments for training sessions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with the training team to ensure a smooth and efficient registration process
• Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
