About The Position

TurfCasa is hiring a Virtual Receptionist for a remote role supporting its office in Lakeway, Texas. The position keeps incoming calls and messages moving to the appropriate people and coordinates with on-site fulfillment teams. It does not involve physical warehouse, delivery, installation, or facilities work. U.S.-based remote applicants are welcome, subject to confirmation of employment eligibility for their work location.

Full-time is the primary opening, though part-time candidates may be considered depending on staffing needs. Entry-level applicants are welcome, and paid training is provided. Base pay is $18.25–$19.25 per hour, with starting pay in that range depending on relevant skills and experience.

Requirements

• A clear phone manner.
• Accurate message-taking.
• Comfort learning remote collaboration tools, communicating with on-site teammates, and following approved processes.

Responsibilities

• Answer and route calls using the team directory and approved guidance.
• Record accurate messages and callback details.
• Direct pickup, delivery, and order questions to the relevant fulfillment or customer-service contact.
