AWP Safety is America’s Leading Traffic Management Company seeking Protectors to join their team. In this role, you will work with a team at job sites, with no prior experience or degree required. Safety is the top priority, and the company provides training and support to help you build a career. Your daily tasks involve setting up and taking down traffic control equipment, guiding traffic with a stop/slow paddle, monitoring traffic and job site activity, adhering to safety rules, communicating with your crew and supervisor, and maintaining the cleanliness and safety of vehicles and equipment. You will be working outdoors in all weather conditions year-round. Shifts may vary based on job needs, potentially including nights, weekends, or emergency work. The role requires standing or walking for 8 to 12 hours per shift. The company provides essential safety gear, but employees must supply their own steel-toe safety boots that extend above the ankle.
