About The Position
Galliant is hiring Entry Level Behavior Technicians to launch a career in behavioral health. This role involves working one-on-one with children with Autism in a supportive clinic setting. The position offers fully funded RBT training and certification, consistent daytime scheduling, clinical mentorship, semi-annual raises, and a full benefits package. The company focuses on creating excellent clinical outcomes, neurodiversity-affirming care, and parent collaboration.
Requirements
- High school diploma, Associate degree, or higher.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to get to and from the clinic daily.
- Able to sit, stand, transition quickly, bend, kneel, crouch, and move or run quickly when necessary to engage at a child's level and maintain strict safety protocols.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a childcare facility, daycare, preschool, nannying, caregiving, or healthcare support role.
Responsibilities
- Run individualized procedures designed to reduce challenging behaviors, enhance functional daily living skills, and improve functional communication.
- Support the acceptance of neurodiversity, provide compassionate, assent-based care, and truly prioritize the wants and needs of your clients.
- Use a tablet to collect session data and write clear, objective daily progress notes.
