Silver Lining ABA is seeking a dedicated Behavior Health Technician (BHT) to work one-on-one with children, primarily those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), to help them develop essential life skills. As a BHT, you will implement individualized treatment plans using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies, such as positive reinforcement, to foster skill development in areas like communication, social interaction, academics, and daily living. You will collaborate closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other clinical team members, receiving ongoing support and training. The role emphasizes celebrating client progress, from small victories to major milestones, and creating a safe, supportive environment. No prior ABA experience is required, as comprehensive training, including preparation for the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) exam, is provided.
