As a Part-Time Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with a child in their home, implementing personalized behavior plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This role is ideal for individuals interested in psychology, education, social work, behavioral health, or working with children. No prior ABA experience is required as free training and certification are provided. Technicians typically work 4β5 afternoon/evening shifts per week with the same client for 4β5 hour sessions, building consistent relationships that help children make meaningful progress.
