About The Position
Behavior Technician | $23–$28/hr Start here. Build skills. Change lives - including your own. At a Glance $23–$28 per hour Part Time, 8am-12pm / 12pm-4pm (block schedules), potential for FT hours after 90 days! Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience working in a Behavior Technician, Early Learning, Child Care or related setting
- High school diploma required
- Willingness to learn and grow
Nice To Haves
- Experience with ABA/special needs preferred
Responsibilities
- Implement ABA programming with an assigned 1:1 patient
- Support behavior intervention plans
- Assist with ADLs, including toileting and mealtimes
- Help keep patients engaged, supported, and progressing
