Responsibilities

• Develops virtual clinic SOPs.
• Coordinates care with other providers.
• Develops Street Medicine Consult SOPs.
• Reviews and monitors clinical records to ensure compliance with professional standards.
• Assists in programmatic administration and development of services, policies and procedures, compliance needs, Continuing Medical Education Committee
• Completes initial clinical evaluation.
• Develops treatment plan.
• Documents in Epic.
• Completes discharge summary.
• Orders and interprets diagnostic and therapeutic tests, relative to patient’s age-specific needs; Prescribes appropriate pharmacologic and nonpharmacologic treatment modalities; Monitors the effectiveness of interventions; Collaborates with multidisciplinary team members by making appropriate referrals.
