About The Position
NIVA Health is hiring a recent Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant graduate for its Mobile Wound Care Division. The provider delivers wound care in patients’ homes or local facilities and receives comprehensive training and mentorship in advanced wound care techniques; prior experience is not necessary. The role includes hands-on care using modern therapies and assessment tools, collaboration with experienced clinical leaders on treatment plans, and development of clinical, documentation, communication, and care-coordination skills. Providers also educate patients and their families about managing care. Requirements
- Recent graduate with an active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license, or a license in process.
- Eager to learn, open to feedback, and interested in professional growth.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to work independently and adapt to new settings.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on wound care using modern therapies and assessment tools.
