About The Position

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in nursing
• AL state licensure
• Must pass medication test
• ACLS certified within 1 year of hire date

Nice To Haves

• BSN preferred
• One year of experience preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Proficient oral and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills

Responsibilities

• Perform individualized patient care incorporating clinical practice guidelines with established nursing practice.
• Complete documentation and charges in an appropriate, thorough and timely manner.
• Prioritize urgent needs and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Demonstrate and encourage team behavior and exceptional patient/guest experiences.
• Uphold and promote patient safety and quality.
