About The Position
LensCrafters is seeking an Associate Optometrist to work within the practice of a LensCrafters Subleasing Optometrist. As an employee or contracted doctor, you will operate the doctor's office and provide high-quality optometric care and service to patients. Luxottica operates the optical dispensary, while the affiliated doctor manages the optometric practice. The terms of agreement, practice model, pay, and hours are negotiated directly between the Associate Doctor and the Subleasing Doctor.
Requirements
- Must be an Independent Doctor of Optometry affiliated with LensCrafters (Luxottica).
- Negotiate terms of agreement, practice model, pay, and hours directly with the Subleasing Doctor.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with digital eye examination technology like Clarifye.
- Experience with Daytona Optomap Digital Retinal Imaging System.
Responsibilities
- Provide high quality optometric care and service to patients.
- Work within the practice of a LensCrafters Subleasing Optometrist.
- Exercise professional autonomy in patient care.
- Perform full scope of practice as determined by professional discretion and agreement with the Subleasing Doctor.
