As the practice continues to grow, it now seeks a passionate full-time Optometrist to join its dynamic staff and help provide exceptional experiences for every patient. With over 30 years of experience, Coley & Coley Family Eye Care is committed to providing exceptional, personalized vision care for patients in Murfreesboro and the surrounding communities. The dedicated team utilizes advanced technologies and evidence-based treatments to ensure optimal eye health for every patient. Services include comprehensive eye health assessments, diagnosis and management of ocular diseases, contact lens evaluations and fittings, and the prescription of high-quality eyewear. By combining cutting-edge technology, clinical expertise, and a patient-centered approach, Coley & Coley Family Eye Care delivers innovative solutions tailored to individual vision needs.
Requirements
- Doctor of Optometry degree, O.D. including Third Party Administrator (TPA) certificate of licensure
- 1-3 years of clinical practice experience with current knowledge of Optometric technology and practices
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong management, leadership, and organizational skills
- Strong business aptitude, self-discipline, and ability to deliver outstanding patient service
- Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of his/her job duties
- Comfortable providing comprehensive eye health assessments
- Comfortable diagnosing and treating ocular diseases
- Comfortable evaluating and fitting contact lenses
- Comfortable prescribing eyewear
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and collaborative team player
