Responsibilities

  • Greeting customers with courtesy and professionalism
  • Making appointments, eye exam reminders, and eye exam confirmations
  • Creating and updating patient files
  • Performing tests prior to eye exam
  • Supervising eye exam payment and producing end-of-day reports
  • Other administrative tasks
