About The Position

We are seeking skilled CNC Machinists who take pride in quality workmanship, continuous improvement, and working as part of a collaborative team. Whether you are an experienced Machinist I or an advanced Machinist II, you will have the opportunity to work with modern CNC equipment, develop your skills, and contribute directly to the success of our manufacturing operations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of CNC machining experience preferred
- Experience with CNC milling and/or turning operations
- Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings
- Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude
- Experience using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other inspection tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Perform inspections using precision measuring equipment
- Adjust tooling, offsets, feeds, and speeds to maintain quality and efficiency
- Troubleshoot machining and production issues
- Work closely with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams
- Document production and inspection results
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and housekeeping
- Follow company safety, quality, ISO, and IATF requirements
