About The Position

Requirements

• Strong technical skills and a solid understanding of heavy equipment brands such as CAT, John Deere, Komatsu, Hitachi, and Case.
• A minimum of three years of experience as a lube tech is essential.
• Familiarity with related servicing tools and software is also necessary to efficiently track maintenance records and service schedules.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and an abundant thinking mindset.
• A commitment to safety and a professional approach in a customer-focused environment.
• Must be willing to travel to our four different job sites across Tucson.
• Knowledge of heavy equipment such as CAT John Deere Komatsu Hitachi Case etc.
• Experienced lube tech with 3 years experience.
• Must be drug-free and submit to a background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Servicing and maintenance of heavy-duty construction equipment and commercial vehicles.
• Perform essential preventive maintenance inspections to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are upheld.
• Maintaining accurate record-keeping for all services rendered, providing essential documentation for our operations.
