Requirements

  • Legal Nurse Consultant Certification (LNCC through AALNC preferred)
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven experience in medical and damages analysis
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Nice To Haves

  • LNCC through AALNC preferred

Responsibilities

  • Order, Review, identify, and organize relevant medical records
  • Prepare chronologies, timelines, and detailed summaries of medical documentation
  • Evaluate medical issues related to causation and damages
  • Assess strengths and weaknesses of medical aspects of cases in collaboration with attorneys
  • Conduct literature searches and research on medical topics, parties, and experts
  • Assist in identifying and organizing materials for expert witness review
  • Prepare demonstrative evidence and assist with deposition, ADR, and trial preparation
  • Educate attorneys and clients on relevant medical concepts
