About The Position
Looking for meaningful weekend work that helps clients regain independence? Join Home Health Care, Inc. as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant. You’ll work with OTs to restore client function, educate families, and deliver home -based therapy rooted in compassion.
Requirements
- Licensed COTA in Minnesota.
- Experience with patient mobility and ADLs.
- Ability to thrive with autonomy during weekend shifts.
- Comfort working in diverse home environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
Responsibilities
- Carry out treatment interventions crafted by an Occupational Therapist, including exercises and functional activities.
- Observe and report patient progress or complications to the OT.
- Provide coaching to clients and their families on the use of assistive devices and home -based care plans.
- Document all interventions and patient responses in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Communicate care updates with the OT and wider healthcare team.
