About The Position
The Barn Hand maintains the barn and surrounding areas, including completing opening and closing tasks, cleaning stalls and outdoor areas, and feeding livestock according to their care plans. The role also involves keeping aisles and work areas tidy and uncluttered, ensuring water buckets and tanks are clean and filled, and reporting animal health issues or necessary maintenance. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

- Driver's license (preferred, but not required).
- Be over the age of 18 (preferred, but not required).
Responsibilities
- Complete barn opening and closing tasks.
- Clean stalls and outdoor areas.
- Feed livestock according to their care plans.
- Keep aisles and work areas tidy and uncluttered.
- Ensure water buckets and tanks are clean and filled.
- Report animal health issues and necessary maintenance.
- Seek ways to innovate and streamline processes.
