About The Position

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to provide friendly, timely, and helpful customer service.
• Familiarity with preparing coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and related products using established methods.
• Ability to follow recipes and procedures accurately.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple orders, and maintain an orderly workspace.
• Familiarity with safe food and beverage handling, sanitation practices, and safety guidelines.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with changing service demands.
• Ability to safely operate espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds, and work in varying temperature environments.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other menu items using established recipes and procedures.
• Maintain the quality and presentation of beverages and other products.
• Greet customers, take orders, answer questions, and follow up on customer requests.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work and service areas.
• Restock supplies and keep equipment and service areas ready for continuous use.
• Collaborate with team members to keep workflow moving smoothly, especially during busy periods.
• Safely operate espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment according to established guidelines.
