About The Position

Requirements

• Advanced Practice Esthetics License
• Experience in dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, eyebrow waxing and tinting
• Developed communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• High school or equivalent (Required)
• Advanced Practice Esthetician License (Required)

Responsibilities

• Performing 40-minute facials, dermaplaning, peels, waxing, and brow tinting.
• Maintaining State Board compliance and keeping accurate and complete records.
• Providing excellent customer service.
• Achieving all services and product goals.
• Following all FACE FOUNDRIÉ guidelines.
• Demonstrating, recommending, and selling FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.
• Performing short services, including but not limited to: facials, dermaplaning, Hydrafacials, chemical peels, waxing, brow and lash services.
• Actively recommending additional services when appropriate.
• Using an appointment book or system to book for return services.
• Following all safety, sanitation, and hygienic procedures before, during, and after services; ensuring board compliance at all times.
• Creating and maintaining a partnership with all FACE FOUNDRIÉ personnel to promote teamwork and a high level of customer service.
• Working with the Manager to notify of supply needs to ensure necessary items are on hand at all times.
• Assisting in all in-store operational processes.
• Ensuring store standards are adhered to at all times.
• Accurately following all company timekeeping procedures.
• Attending mandatory product training and team meetings.
