About The Position

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in aesthetics, including extensive consultation experience regarding skincare needs.
• Experience and proficiency in laser treatments, facials, body contouring treatments, chemical peels, and microneedling.
• Ability to analyze skin, recommend treatments, and develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Thorough knowledge of different skin types.
• Excellent facial massage and skin extraction techniques.
• Knowledge of clinical skincare products, treatment practices, and retail sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Personable, outgoing, and able to build rapport with diverse clientele.
• Commitment to professionalism, integrity, and ethical practice.
• Strong clinical knowledge, time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Analyze guests’ skin, educate them, and recommend services, treatments, and tailored treatment plans.
• Gather guest medical histories, ask about contraindications, and proceed accordingly.
• Provide aesthetic treatments and consultations aligned with patient needs and desired outcomes.
• Perform aesthetic procedures, including laser treatments, RF microneedling, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, CoolSculpting Elite, and facial therapies.
• Assist nurse practitioner and registered nurse injectors.
• Maintain and update guest records and charting, and ensure thorough documentation and follow-up.
• Manage the storage, administration, and inventory of cosmetic and non-cosmetic products and supplies.
• Organize, assist with, and attend special events and marketing opportunities.
• Develop a book of business through marketing, networking, and promoting the V/O Med Spa brand.
• Follow up with guests, review treatments, answer questions, schedule follow-up appointments, and promote retail products.
• Train estheticians and support management with goal setting for new hires and ongoing education and training.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion in patient interactions, and uphold professional and ethical standards.
• Arrive punctually for scheduled shifts and client appointments and follow practice protocols and scheduling guidelines.
• Maintain clean and hygienic treatment rooms and equipment in accordance with sanitation protocols.
• Provide outstanding customer service and foster positive relationships with patients and colleagues.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to support comprehensive patient care and practice goals.
• Support membership sales and the spa’s development and business growth.
