About The Position

Woodhouse Spas is seeking an Advanced Esthetician to provide professional skin care treatments that help clients achieve their skincare goals and enhance their overall well-being. The role delivers services according to Woodhouse protocols and supports an exceptional guest experience in a luxury spa environment. Experience in a med spa environment is strongly preferred; knowledge of holistic and clinical esthetic treatments is a plus. The esthetician communicates with clients to understand their needs, educate them, offer solutions, and recommend home-care products. The position also involves maintaining a clean and organized work area in accordance with current Minnesota State Board regulations, using spa software to schedule appointments and manage client information, and collaborating with team members and managers. The role requires regular, consistent attendance, compliance with company policies and procedures, and availability for weekdays, weekends, and holidays. The position may be part-time or full-time, with various shifts.

Requirements

Must have a Minnesota Advanced Estheticians License.
Three years as a licensed esthetician is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including excellent verbal communication.
Ability to communicate effectively with guests, managers, and team members.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude and friendly demeanor.
Ability to exercise good judgment and make decisions based on job knowledge and awareness of company goals.
Basic mathematical skills for product measurement.
Ability to sit and bend over for most of the day and lift up to 35 pounds.
Must be available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

Experience working in a med spa environment is strongly preferred.
Knowledge of holistic and clinical esthetic treatments and techniques is a plus.
Hospitality and exceptional customer-service experience.
Continuing education to stay current in the profession.
