About The Position

Torch Fitness, a division of Valet Living, is seeking an enthusiastic Zumba Instructor to lead occasional, engaging, high-energy 45-minute fitness classes at luxury apartments in the Biscayne, FL area. This role offers the chance to share a passion for wellness in a premium community setting, inspiring residents to be active and feel their best. Classes are typically intimate, with 3-5+ participants, fostering community and connection.

Requirements

• CPR and AED certified
• Experienced in leading group fitness classes (Zumba and/or Barre)
• Insured or willing to obtain liability insurance

• Fitness certification or relevant degree

Responsibilities

• Guide residents through safe, inclusive, and fun Zumba workouts.
• Arrive 10-15 minutes early to set up and engage with participants.
• Use digital tools to clock in and track attendance.
