This position provides case management services to families eligible for the YMCA Caregiver Supports Program, specifically supporting licensed and unlicensed caregivers of youth in foster care. Case management involves coordinating or providing services to ensure children and caregivers can access necessary medical, educational, social, clinical, and other services for the child's physical, psychological, and developmental health. The role also includes providing leadership and support to the Case Management team, ensuring quality case management for all clients in the Caregiver Supports program. This role is part of the Y Social Impact Center, the social services division of the YMCA of Greater Seattle, serving youth, young adults, and families across King County, Pierce County, and other WA counties. The Y Social Impact Center focuses on strengthening young people's potential by reducing risk factors, navigating systems, establishing stability during crises, and building competencies and social capital. Their programs encompass homelessness prevention, housing, behavioral health, crisis response, foster care licensing, violence prevention, and employment.
