About The Position
i9 Sports is hiring energetic and dependable Volleyball Lead Coaches and Assistant Coaches for our upcoming Fall 2026 youth volleyball leagues in Midland, TX. Our volleyball leagues will be hosted at the brand-new Midland Athletic Syndicate facility, and we are looking for passionate coaches who love teaching kids, building confidence, and creating a positive youth sports experience. The season runs from September 19, 2026, to October 31, 2026, with games and practices held on Saturdays for children aged 6-14 years old.
Requirements
- Volleyball playing or coaching experience preferred
- Experience working with children is a plus
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Reliable, energetic, and team-oriented
- Passion for youth development through sports
Responsibilities
- Teach volleyball fundamentals in a fun and encouraging environment
- Lead or assist with practices, drills, and game play
- Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and positive character development
- Ensure player safety and engagement throughout the season
- Communicate effectively with parents, players, and staff
- Help create a fun, organized, and positive league experience
