About The Position
i9 Sports is looking for energetic, fun, reliable, and service-oriented individuals to officiate youth soccer games. The role emphasizes fun, safety, and convenience, teaching the value of good sportsmanship. Referees act as rule enforcers, on-field coaches, and advocates for the programs. Games are played on Saturdays (morning and afternoon) and Sundays (afternoon only). Players are typically ages 3-13. The company operates seasonally (fall, winter, spring, summer) with breaks between seasons. Scheduling is done on a seasonal basis.
Requirements
- Must be able to pass a national background check.
- Must have general knowledge of the sport(s) you choose to officiate.
- Must enjoy working with kids ages 3-13.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience is a plus.
