About The Position

The Player Progression Academy (PPA) is a multi-sport youth academy serving the NW DC/Montgomery County Region. The Plus division of PPA offers programs for Tots (ages 2-5) and Afterschool soccer, basketball, and volleyball. PPA aims to provide structured, coach-led youth sports experiences for children at their earliest introduction to the game. With a large community of over 3000 players, over 100 coaches, and 20 office staff, PPA is dedicated to player development both on and off the field. This is a hands-on role that requires comfort with both managing children and organizing sports equipment. Ideal candidates will have a background in education or recreation, enjoy working with children, and possess strong organizational skills to ensure operations run smoothly and on time.
