About The Position

MVP360 Sports & Entertainment Management is seeking passionate Coaches to lead and inspire kids ages 4–17 in multi-sport camps, clinics, and leagues, creating fun, developmental, and memorable experiences. As a Multi-Sports Recreational Manager, you’ll develop sport-specific teaching guides, coordinate logistics, and bring high-energy leadership to our programs. This role requires someone who is organized, operations-savvy, and driven to craft exceptional experiences. The position is seasonal after school work and is not a full-time or part-time qualifying job. The role requires the specialist to be located in Montgomery County, Maryland.

Requirements

Must be located in Montgomery County, Maryland.
Tech-savvy, with proficiency in email, social media, and related tools.
Upbeat, outgoing personality that aligns with our collaborative team culture.
Passion for sports, athletics, events, and marketing.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Extensive sport-specific knowledge or general athletics experience (current or past participation is a plus).
Must pass all local, state, and federal criminal and child abuse background checks.
Afternoon, Evenings and Weekends during school year required.

Responsibilities

Lead and inspire kids ages 4-17 in multi-sport camps, clinics, and leagues.
Develop sport-specific teaching guides.
Coordinate logistics for programs.
Bring high-energy leadership to programs.
Handle a dynamic set of tasks that evolve with each location and sport.
Work across a variety of sports and programs, with preference for candidates who can manage multiple: Softball, Basketball, Lacrosse, Field Hockey, Floor Hockey, Tennis, Pickleball, Kickball, Volleyball, Flag Football, Baseball, and STEAM Programs.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with assigned school.
Show up 30 minutes prior to start time with equipment.
Start on time and clean up.
Wear MVP360 shirt at all times while on duty.
Develop detailed activity plans, including timelines, and resources.
Work well with onsite staff.
Track expenses, allocate resources efficiently, and adjust as required to avoid shortages or overlaps.
Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and make quick adjustments.
Serve as the primary liaison at locations, providing regular updates, managing expectations, and reporting progress.
Recruit and identify enthusiastic staff for camps, clinics, and leagues.
Fill in for coaches as needed to ensure the best possible program is being delivered.
Drive sports marketing and branding initiatives to elevate MVP360’s presence.
Attend meetings as necessary both for the company and in support of the contract.
Collaborate with the CEO and Director of Operations on additional projects as needed.
