About The Position
The YMCA of Northern Colorado is seeking Soccer Officials for our youth programs. This is a part-time position where officials will rotate game and scorekeeping duties. The salary range is $15.16-$18.00 per hour based on experience and certifications. State-certified officials will earn $25.00 per hour. Additionally, a +10% differential is offered for bilingual staff who test as fluent in Spanish and English. Requirements
- Age 16 years or older.
- Significant involvement with the sport and/or experience officiating.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- CPR/First Aid/AED certification within 30 days.
- Fair, direct and agreeable attitude.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership to all participants and coaches by knowing, understanding, and implementing the rules of the game.
- Ensuring the safety of the playing area.
- Make sure the overall program runs smoothly and safely with all games starting and ending on schedule.
- Other duties as assigned.
