About The Position

Soccer Shots is the leader in youth soccer development, offering a high-energy, fun, age-appropriate introduction to soccer with a curriculum that emphasizes both sports skills and character development. The goal is to leave a lasting, positive impact on every child served. As the program grows, it is expanding to include basketball as part of its multi-sport offerings. This full-time role involves coaching children aged 2-8 in the Baltimore-Washington area, with a focus on soccer and opportunities to support the growing basketball program. The position promises a rewarding experience where coaches can make a difference.

Requirements

Full availability 5-6 days per week (depending on the season).

Experience working with children ages 2-5 is preferred.
Passion for positively impacting children’s lives through the love of sports and fitness.
Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle that is insured.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be able to pass a background check.

Nice To Haves

Prior soccer and basketball experience is not required.

Responsibilities
