About The Position

We are seeking passionate individuals looking to work with children ages 2-9 years old in an energetic and fun environment. We hold our sessions in park districts, schools, and daycares across Will County and Western Cook County, Monday through Saturday. We offer flexible scheduling and paid training to ensure we get the best of the best to join our team. Our program is created under the guidance of childhood education specialists, professional soccer players, and experienced and licensed soccer coaches. Working with children is something we don’t take lightly, and it’s imperative that you not only enjoy working with children but are incredibly passionate about it. We are in this to impact children in such a way that we leave a lasting impression on them that will give them the confidence to be successful both on and off the field. Requirements

Consistent Availability - Must be able to work multiple seasons with minimum changes to availability during an 8-week season. This is not a summer-only position; you must have fall availability.
Responsible - Ability to arrive on time to sessions
Professional - Clean appearance, be kind and approachable for parents at public sites, and directors/staff at private sites
Experienced - Proven experience engaging and leading young children
Creative - Comfortable being goofy and imaginative with young children
Clear Background - Must pass a background check
Must have reliable transportation and access to the internet daily with phone/computer.
