About The Position

We are hiring multiple soccer coaches to teach toddler to elementary-aged children the fundamentals of soccer at various childcare centers in Washtenaw County. This is more than just teaching soccer — it's about building confidence, sparking joy, and being a positive role model. For over a decade, Soccer Shots – Ann Arbor | Detroit North West has been more than just soccer. We’re known for making a real impact on kids’ lives, and we do it in a way that’s fun, uplifting, and team oriented.

Requirements

• Must have a High School Diploma or Equivalent
• A genuine love for working with children
• A reliable vehicle and willingness to travel locally
• Ability to pass a background check (FBI) and LARA

Nice To Haves

• A background in sports or early childhood education is a big plus

Responsibilities

• Leading fun, high-energy soccer sessions for pre-k and elementary-aged children
• Creating a safe, playful, and encouraging environment
• Using our award-winning curriculum to bring soccer to life
• Setting up and packing up equipment before and after sessions
