About The Position

Soccer Shots Greater Atlanta is looking for a passionate youth soccer coach to serve children ages 2-8. No soccer experience is required! The job involves leading fun, safe classes for up to 12 kids (30–45 minutes) following a weekly curriculum focused on motor skills and character development. Coaches are expected to arrive early to set up equipment, engage each child individually, manage equipment and class rosters, attend team meetings and trainings, provide post-session feedback, and use creativity to make each session engaging and impactful. Soccer Shots is an engaging intro-to-soccer program fueled by coaches who are driven to impact children’s lives in a positive way, focusing on age-appropriate soccer skills, character development, and fun.

Responsibilities

• Lead fun, safe classes for up to 12 kids (30–45 minutes)
• Follow weekly curriculum focused on motor skills and character development
• Arrive 15 minutes early to set up equipment
• Engage each child individually during class
• Manage equipment and class roster
• Attend team meetings and trainings
• Provide post-session feedback
• Use creativity to make each session engaging and impactful
