About The Position

We are hiring multiple soccer coaches to teach toddler to elementary-aged children the fundamentals of soccer at various childcare centers in Washtenaw County. Coaching requirements Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm with breaks throughout the day - travel to on site location is required. Join the Soccer Shots team and help shape young lives through the power of play! We’re looking for enthusiastic, energetic coaches to lead engaging soccer sessions for children ages 2 - 10. This is more than just teaching soccer — it's about building confidence, sparking joy, and being a positive role model.

Requirements

• Must have a High School Diploma or Equivalent
• A background in sports or early childhood education is a big plus
• A genuine love for working with children
• A reliable vehicle and willingness to travel locally
• Ability to pass a background check (FBI) and LARA

Responsibilities

• Leading fun, high-energy soccer sessions for pre-k and elementary-aged children
• Creating a safe, playful, and encouraging environment
• Using our award-winning curriculum to bring soccer to life
• Setting up and packing up equipment before and after sessions
