About The Position

Soccer Shots is seeking enthusiastic and creative individuals to bring "Soccer Island" to life as Youth Soccer Coaches. Our goal is to positively impact children's lives by using an engaging soccer curriculum for ages 2-8, with a focus on character development. We train our coaches in leadership development, communication skills, early childhood education, and sports management, providing high-quality, foundational soccer training. We offer a fun and supportive team culture, company events, and opportunities for career progression.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License
• Pass an FBI Background Check
• Valid Work Visa or Authorization to work in the US
• Must own or have access to a printer

Nice To Haves

• Coaching or childhood education experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Bring “Soccer Island” alive with your enthusiasm and creativity
• Conduct soccer sessions for children 2 to 8 years old, including field set-up and take-down
• Encourage character development through positive reinforcement and modeling
• Utilize expert-created Soccer Shots’ curriculum and early childhood development teaching techniques in every session
• Foster a safe and inclusive environment for all participants
• Follow all on-site safety and attendance protocols
• Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and teachers
• Safely manage a class of up to 12 children
• Implement our curriculum which focuses on skill and character development
• Arrive on-time to your locations and provide a positive customer experience to faculty and families
• Maintain equipment and manage your class rosters
