Youth Soccer Coach
About The Position
Join the Lil’ Kickers & Skills Institute Soccer team and make a meaningful impact every week. An LK Soccer Coach leads children ages 18 months to 10 years old through a 50-minute structured class focused on development, confidence, and fun. Coaches play a key role in creating a safe, positive, and consistent experience for children and families. This role is ideal for committed high school students, college students, recent graduates, and adults looking for reliable part-time work in a supportive, team-driven environment. Soccer experience is helpful, but not required — full training is provided. Our culture is built around positivity, inclusion, and growth — for kids and coaches alike. Each year, our team inspires 15,000+ children across our communities.
