About The Position

Soccer Shots - North Atlanta is seeking a passionate youth soccer coach to serve children ages 2-8. The program focuses on age-appropriate soccer skills, character development, and fun in every session. Coaches are expected to be energetic, engaging, responsible, and safety conscious, with a passion for positively impacting students' lives and giving back to the community. No prior soccer experience is required, as paid training, including CPR and First Aid certification, is provided.

Responsibilities

• Lead fun, safe classes for up to 12 kids (30–45 minutes)
• Follow weekly curriculum focused on motor skills and character development
• Arrive 15 minutes early to set up equipment
• Engage each child individually during class
• Manage equipment and class roster
• Attend team meetings and trainings
• Provide post-session feedback
• Use creativity to make each session engaging and impactful
